Possible to tune an 03 Aviator with a blower?

I'm thinking of refreshing the motor in my 03 navigator since it has well over 140,000 miles on it with a forged shortblock, and then maybe popping on a blower from an 03/04 cobra.

Has anyone done any tuning on something like this?

I believe that the ECM is powerpc since it is connected to the 5R55 trans.

Can anyone offer any help?

not to my knowledge, they likely use an EEC pcm.

It can definitely be done, you'll have to use another brand of tuning software.
