My VSS signal is giving a good digital count, I checked it with a Ossiloscope. But the Speed the PCM is sending to my OBD2 scanner is bouncing all over. This is cousing the tranny to shift up and down as I cruise at a steady speed.
I am lost! any ideas?
where did you check it with the oscilloscope? at the sensor connector? at the PCM connector? If you just checked it at the sensor, try the other and see if you have a wiring problem.
