I keep getting a "write timed out" message everytime I try to update the firmware. I've been following the instructions to the key and it still isn't working. What should I do?
Try updating the firmware on a different pc, the hardware needs usb 2.0 to complete firmware updates.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
