Cold Start / OL / Idle problems above 0mph

Have an LS6 M6 that idled poorly, after dialing in the VE table, and some airflow values I was able to get it to idle great.

On cold starts, it will idle fine parked, as soon as you start to move the car (even if it's on a hill and all you did is take off the ebrake) the will dip, nearly stall, then surge, followed by another dip... Once the car warms up or runs for more then a minute or two (CL) the idle is great.

I don't understand why moving the car will mess with the idle. (if memory serves, stopping again doesn't restore the idle to normal.)

Note: While idling you can depress the brakes and actuate the steering wheel (load the engine) without a problem. But as soon as the car starts to roll, it seems to go to a different mode and have issues until it warms up.

    ???

UPDATE: I guess the idle does recover if you return to 0 mph.

My guess is if I were to put the car on a lift, and started it, it would run fine unless I spun the tires with my hands to simulate motion.

Looking within the programmer for anything mph rated, I do see:

    Throttle Cracker Airflow
    Enable Speed 1mph
    Disable Speed 2mph

I guess I can pull my onstar fuse and try playing with those settings.

Does anyone know if those settings even relate to IDLE though????

    (I don't have an IAC, it's ETC)
