    Thanks for your help everybody. I haven't gotten around to fixing anything yet. Way too much freakin' math homework. Hopefully this weekend I'll try grounding the blue wire manually to make sure it's not the tune or connection.

    Ok, update time (for anyone interested). I bypassed everything and grounded the blue wire and nothing. So I tried swapping around the relays and it worked for a total of 30 seconds. I determined that the relays weren't sitting correctly into their housings. After figuring this out, I went around the bottom and found a loose wire and got that seated correctly. Voila! Grounding it works now. I will now try it with the PCM.

    Sorry programmers! It probably had nothing to do with the software. It just happened to coincide with updating to Beta.
