No Fans

I put a set of cooling fans from a 2006 chevy heavy half into my
2003 Avalanche and hooked up the two relay control wires to c1 pin 42 and c2
pin 33 on the PCM. Thinking the program was in there already. (no luck) I
have seance learned that it has to be programede in. I can't fine anyone in
the NW that does it. Do you know of anyone or could you do it for me? And
how much would it cost?
