I returned your email on 9/23 at 11:38am

"For security purposes please send me a vcm suite infolog while connected to your interface as shown in our demo's below and I'll be happy to reset your password for you."

Your email address rejected my email

Looks like you just typed your email address wrong in the support form you filled out, if you don't enter the correct email theres no way for me to know what the correct one is. Don't feel bad, I get people that don't even fill out the @xxxx.xxx portion and will just put something like bill@ and think they are good to go lol

do i need to have the HPT software downloaded on my laptop in order to run a "vcm suite infolog"?

rico gave me the serial number & new password and it's not letting me log in on the website.

After you get the infolog and email support, Bill will fix it for you. They must have verification that you now own the interface ie; the info log.

Rally, you can get the software & drivers here http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30495 then its just a matter of connecting the interface to gather the infolog.

The reason we do this ultimately is for security so we know who has the interface and we aren't just giving access to anyone that says "I purchased xx interface please log me in"
