3.05 to 3.29 reflash in regal??

I am installing an HD diff in my 1998 Buick Regal that currently has 3.05 gears. THe HD diff will make it a 3.29. But here is my question. I know I have to enter 3.69 for the 3.29. But do I also select auto scale transmission tables?

I could select auto but if I did not like i could allways edit a few items manually correct?
