    Stoich Value

Can someone tell me if this is correct?

Here is how I think it works:

in software it lists 0.068 for the stoich value

    then If I have this right: lambda / 0.068 = 14.706

    or 1/0.068 = 14.706 (desired stoich afr)

So, basicly we are telling the VCM what target stoich afr lambda of 1 represents. Do I have this right?

... and if that is so, then to find the value needed for a given AFR it would be:

(lambda1)/(desired stoich AFR) = new value

    or

    1 / 14.15 = 0.071 (rounded up)

Stoich AF ratio = 1/Stoich FA ratio which on an SRT4 is 0.0695 = 14.38:1

Nope. Just figured this was a more active place with people willing to share, plus, Chris has been through a bunch of these so he is a good source as well.

    Thanks for the confirmation, Ted.
