You can do mathematical conversions for IFR tables. There are a couple excel files floating around here.

You can search for the injectors.xls spreadsheet but it doesn't do much good because the 4th gens (depending on your vehicle) are capped at 63.5#/hr. So if your IFR is from 0 to 80 kPa put 58 for 0 and 63.5 for 80 and interpolate between horizontal bounds.

Since you are flowing more fuel than the table dictates you will need to scale down your MAF and/or VE tables as well as any other airmass or airflow related table. The more important ones are the spark tables and tranny shift tables if you have an auto.

I seem to remember FAST rating their injectors at 4 bar of fuel pressure instead of 3 bar like everyone else does. But assuming they are rated at 85 at 3 bar of fuel pressure then they are really flowing 98#/hr and you will have 58 so you need to scale the other tables by 31% by multiplying them by .59. For the spark tables you have to get fancier and shift the rows. Start at the highest rows and work your way down. So whatever is in the 1.08 g/cyl row needs to go in the .64 row (1.08x.59). So on and so forth.
