I was wondering if the Individual LS1 Vehicle SD packages are locked to the cable that thay are purchased for , I understand that thay are vin locked and can only be used on one vehicle .

HPTuners doesn't VIN lock, it is one of the nice features of their package. It is locked to the year and model of your car. For example, mine only works on my laptop and 2002 C5's.

The cable isn’t vin locked , the single licence sd package is tied to the vehicle it was purchased for (as i understand it) and if you opt for the workshop version of the sd packages then you can do any vehicle .

No word yet , but i imagine that it wouldn’t be too far away .

from what i have read 1bar sd will be before V2 , and he did say an an announcement this week and not that it will be out .can't imagint it will be that far away though
