I can't seem to get the speed limiter removed on 2010 Camaros and 2009 CTSvs?

any ideas what might be the problem??

Sometimes there are multiple speed limiters. Did you check to make sure they are ALL set higher?

Sometimes they will hide speed limiters in the transmission tables, etc.

Well, this week is SEMA and I believe that someone else said that everyone is there. You may have to wait a few more days for an answer from support.

The biggest problem with the new one's is if you change the speed and do not change the selector to calibration.

guys i know how to change out the speed limiter.. my problem is when I change it to max, the vehicle won't get there.. it kicks out in 5th Gear... limiters to calibration set to 512.. but Camaros still knock out at 270.. (It does have enough grunt to get there)

Keep in mind this is to do with mainly A6s, haven't had any complaints on M6s... I've increased the TUTD rev limiters and 5th-6th gear limiters as well..

GM added some new speed limiters for the 09+ applications, our head engineer was able to find a few of them and changing them fixed it on one application but didn't on another so its still a work in progress at this time. If you send support the file I can have our head engineer test out a few things to see if it works for that specific operating system.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

If that's the case, STICKY? So tired of having to use Time=$ using <search> for everything Hp Tuners isn't capable of doing using common sense.

    Hello

I'm fighting with 2010 Camaro L99 and seems there's some hidden limiter in 5th gear hitting at 5900 rpm and 270km/h (Factory rev limit is 250, so it's not speed limit) while i can go 6400 rpm any gear.
Spark source shows Trans. Another issue is above 230 in manual mode it downshifts automatically from 6th to 5th also not allowing 6h gear above 230kmh in manual shifting mode and displays Shift denied, that's no matter what speed are set in tables, always happens at 230kmh, no matter what throttle position is and no table relates to 230kmh.

Attached 2 logs, one shows 4th gear is hitting 226kmh and upshifts to 5th exactly as it's in table for manual shifts and around 6400 rpm, second shows shows it downshifts from 6th to 5th and hitting rev limit at 5900 rpm (spark source shows it's by trans), but upshift in tutd mode is 296 km/h. No table relates to speed 270km/h and 5900 rpm.

Are there some tables missing? All maxed out, looks it's similar problem described above. Is there solution for this?

on the A6s it's in the transmission! there is a torque limiter by gear vs rpm and in gear 5 or 6 it's pulling it down, but idk if it's acessible with HPT
