open loop AFR not as programed???

Hello, I must be missing a table as my start up AFR is commanding 10.7 and up afr but I believe I changed all the cold start AFR tables to below 9.7AFR... in closed loop it is fine? I attached the program to look at please tell me what I am missing...

    Thanks in advance

open loop afr and startup afr are not the same thing.. startup will decay into openloop afr and then closed loop will take over.

Google is right, and no there's not really any feasible way unless you have a .bin from your car (not a .hpt). Anything richer than 13:1 on startup according to your wideband will surge. You shouldn't be commanding 9.7:1 on startup until roughly 32* ECT
