What do I have to do to get some tech support?

I have sent 3 emails in the last week. When I emailed to buy the software someone called me back the same day. Now I have had a customers new ZR1 for a week and a half and I still cant tune it. I believe the problem is that I need newer software than the unit shipped with. I have seen some people on the forums calling it the new beta. I have scoured the HP Tuners website and have not found a place where it can be downloaded. What should I do?
