Never tried to replicate it after I fixed it. I didn't even see that this thread was still alive until now. Talk to the Cadillac STS-V guys, they are having even more trouble than us. :O

If you load the stock trans tune, take a log where it shows the 3-4 shift and post it here.
Have you tried shutting the hell up and stop trolling the forum???

    Case(s) in point:

Be careful with this as it depends on what year TCM you are tuning. Pre-2010 they used negative timing in the adder tables to make up for lazy shifts. if you go to .001 then have a -.12 adder you may run into problems. Another big help is to adjust the initial and final shift time tables for pre-2010. Mutily by .7 for a good start.

Everyone with soggy 3-4 shifts I assume has removed the TCC lockup at WOT in 4th gear? Made a big difference at the track with my G8, I knew something was odd until I realized what it was.

Looks like I may have to be spending some time in this thread. Since I know absolutely nothing about these A6's.

I did my own 04 GTO with some help from guys on the board and it runs like a champ.

Jr tells me his 09 G8 is sloppy on the shifts at WOT. Never can get the thing to shift right.

He has had a 2,800 Circle D in there for a year or so and the car is putting down 425hp thru a mustang dyno. I will have to pull up his tune at the house and I think we even have scans of it at the track pre cam & heads.

Maybe I can get this thing running well before he gets home from school in the late fall.

Are you still offering free tech support if running a Circle D tranny/TC?

Now that Jr is in Huntington he is 15 minutes from the best G8 tuner around. I guarantee Bluecat can make it shift right.
