Security access denied,,,Locked? 2010 Camaro

Have a customer with a new Camaro wanting a custom tune for boltons only. Im not able to read pcm (says security access denied) ?
They bought it new,,drove it awhile and installed headers and cold air system. back for warranty a few times but they tell me no one has tuned the car. Seems locked to me.

I guess it could have been a demo and someone had it tuned before it was sold? Or customer full of crap and another tuned has messed with it?

Anyways Im unable to read the pcm with HPTuner .

I got the same error on a 10 Silverado and it just required the latest beta. Looked like a tunerlock too but it wasn't.

I have the same problem, so I am asking if the denied security access states the tune is locked. Is it possible to unlock the tune?
I had the vehicle tuned by a local tuner after installing headers and cold air. Prior to him tuning the vehicle I had a tune for supercharger installed.
