    Help - Loosing O2 oscillation

I have to mod the tune in this VZ HSV LS2 to be able to pass 5 gas test, nothing more nothing less. It is NOT my tune. The problem is at around 1500rpm the O2's stop oscillating and it goes very fat.
Car has brand new O2's (just front one's)
    Supercharged
    Stock internals
    Long tubes / metal cats.

Have probably missed something very simple, but fresh eyes are always good!

Cheers, it's friday arvo i'm off

Can't open the file on this comp, but proportional fueling will make changes to oscillation. Can't remember if it is in that calibration or not.

Just noticed Bank2 flatlines rich at around 1100 rpm (well before bank 1), so I think I may still be looking at a hardware problem.

Can't seem to find proportional fueling anywhere. Thanks anyway WS6.

Edit- have now unplugged both and and bank 1 Flat lines at ~ 420mv and Bank 2 has a mind of it's own so I guess im looking at wiring.
