Vats disable

I cant start the superban 2007 engine swap to anoter car I disable 2 vats and stell not start any help?

Yes I did a complete rewrite with vats disabled and still no start. A little history on my build, I had the harness reworked by a company and the computer hacked as well, the car would crank but not idle with the cam that I installed so I had a local tuner try and fix the idle issue..... He could not use the file that was in the ecm becuase of an os issue so I had the local dealer reflash the ecm. Now it wont start or run. The company that did the first hack used efi live, so it wiped the vin off the computer and thats why hp tuners wouldnt work. So now I have another wrecker bill to get the car home. I bought another computer today from the same type of truck to hopefully use and get this thing goin. I just purchased hp tuners myself so that I can learn this and beable to adjust thing as my swap continues. Thanks for any help and or advice.
