2.22 is what is considered a stable software build and for the most part will stay completely unchanged from the day it is said to be stable.
2.23 is beta software meaning it will have new features, new vehicle support and possibly bugs while we try to MAKE it into a stable version of software
2.24 is basically just new name for 2.23 once its deemed stable enough for a public release
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
