    Tuning air/fuel

I took my MAFT+ off and I need to make up for it with the software. First step is obviously to scan. What parameters should I be scanning? I'm assuming O2s, but anything else? And then which table should I be using to adjust the air/fuel and what values are recommended? Right now I see MAF calibration table and the power enrichment tables as the only ones associated with air/fuel. Do I just edit those two tables? Need some help getting started here. I'll probably dyno after all the tuning to see if I'm close and to tweak it later.
