    Windows 7 and .net framework

    I have the proper .NET framework installed on my computer for windows 7, I download 2.22 and it says the frickin .net framework is not installed. I have removed and reinstalled just about every single .net framework there is and it still wnt work. Everytime I try to open/run/install 2.22 it says the .net framework is not installed. Any help?
