TCC DC less than what's set in the DC min table?

I have my DC min set to 50, max 100...converter locks and runs with almost no slip at lower speeds at 49.8% duty cycle. when i get up to highway speeds the duty cycle drops into the 30's and i get 200-300rpm slip...no misfires..no codes...why is duty cycle less than what i have as a min? is there a modifier for TCC DC? what dictates the DC %

In the V6 trans tables they max and min need to be variable, setting the entire table to 100 or 50 like the V8 guys do is bad for the V6 TCs, they need to see slip and are designed to slip, 100% lockup without slip is bad. I usually highlight the row or table and increase by a percentage.
