    MPVI box not read

I just got a new windows 7 computer. I do not believe the computer is reading the MPVI box. It is not showing the vin #s for any of the cars I have messed with. When I go to my computer it does not show that I have the MPVI plugged in and I get this alarm when I try and read the VCM.

    No open com ports
Make sure other programs are not currently using the COM port that the interface is pluged into.

You need to install the Signed drivers found in the getting started section sticky(also available in the help file).
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
