why can t read VCM please help

whene i try to read VCM for chevy tahoe 2010
after 3 minet from reading the requesting access faild
pleaes lit me about it

email support a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle in question and we'll get you the beta software update which will allow you to tune 2009+ applications such as this.

validating license (Not Allowd)

now what can i do
can i get update by email or need to send my HP to hptuners support ?
