Sorry if , and I am sure it has been, this has been asked.
I have a GMPP LS7 running an E67
I used the beta version which will read and store the flash with it's goofy serial.
Now because of cruise control issues I have decided to run a modified 2007 TBSS flash
I have bought a used ECM to use rather than the GMPP unit so so if it all goes wrong I can revert back to the GMPP programmed ECM
The used ECM is

To do a full install of a TBSS flash
I , obviously , need the licence for the TBSS flash and its serial number,
but do I also need the HHR ECM serial number licence too?
