Can you help me with 96 3.8

Magnus I am trying to figure out what my options (if any) I have for tuning my 96 PCM. I have my heart set on this cam (216 Intake Duration, 216 Exhaust Duration, 112 Lobe Sep. Angle, 108 Intake Centerline. 507 lift on both valves).

Would you, or will you ever, provide custom programming for the 96 3.8 so that I can head off driveability/ reliability problems and maximize the performance potential of my upcomming cam swap.

    What do you reccomend?

I've installed a 216/216 in an M5 and the car ran ok without pcm tuning... but i'm sure it could have ran a lot better.

What you can do is swap in a 97 PCM from a junk yard that has the same transmission programming (auto or manual) and use our 97 product when it is released.

It does seem that this will be my only option....

I am correct in assuming that HPtuners will only be providing the soft/hardware for the customer to program the PCM ourselves and not providing mail order PCM reprogramming.

Does your car happen to be FWD by any chance?
