    FAST 102 on LS3

What wondering if any of you guys out there have added a FAST 102 to you LS3. If so, you much power did you gain, how much tuning was involved?

    Thanks
    Ken

A customer did it on his cammed 2010 Camaro. After the vacuum leak was fixed it didn't require me to do much of anything. I don't think it made a huge gain though.

We didn't before and after it. The next time it was dyno'd, it also had the heads milled and a Halltech intake added. Hard to say where the gains came from (pm me for more info).

I bet with the bolts on you already have, good chance it will make some power.

Thanks Joey, do you have any numbers (roughly). Did you tune it or leave it alone?

    Thanks
    Ken

I did one recently on a cammed stroked combo swapped into a 2002 firebird. The peak horsepower gain was negliable(7hp IIRC). The biggest gain was in torque, when we overlayed the graphs the Fast 102 made 15-20 ft/lbs more across the entire useable range and carried it longer at thle top before falling off. The owner said he could feel it on the street, and it did pick up at the track. Did not take much to bring in line.

SAE was 461/427 stock intake 464/435 Fast. If all you want is more area under the curve it will do that. Not by a lot though. Now I have not tried one on FI, this was a NA Auto.

My car is N/A and the one I am thinking about getting is ported as well. Doesn't seem like anyone has had a good experience from what I am hearing.

seems like the fast intake picked up a lot more on the genIII's. i picked up about 20 on my 01 Z06 with a 408 but stock was only 346ci....

The 102 for the LS2s works great... Not so much for LS3/LS7 applications.
