    How to Disable front O2

    I want to install my Wideband in the stock front O2 bung ( just for tunning) How do I force my car into Open Loop? Do I have to?

    to force the car into open loop 1:go to engine---fuel control --- ol & cl --- then under close loop enable .. ect vs startup ect set it to the max temp ...this will force the car into open loop ...

    2 : you can use VCM controls in the scanners to make the close loop off

    Sorry for the OT here, but isn't open loop fueling different than close loop? So if you tune the car to perfection in open loop, then when you put the o2s back on won't that change the whole tune and the AFR that you got in open loop won't matter?

    I'm talking specifically about WOT here.

    I'm only tunning WOT. the car runs in open loop at WOT anyway.
