Tunning shift RPM's?

I have a trans with 3.29 gear and 3000 stall and it seems to be shifting too soon in normal driving conditions. WOT seems fine although i don't do much WOT driving. My trans guy doesn't do tunes but said it should be shifting from 1-2 at between 15-1800, 2-3 between 30-3500, 3-4 40-4500. What do I change in the tune to raise the shift rpms? I attached the current table. Any suggestions appreciated!!

use MPH vs TPS to change shift points, its much more accurate than RPMs
