To the best of my knowledge, both S1 sensors are TMAPs

In order to remedy this, since I had done a write entire with my stock file, I simply took the 09 GMS1 file and did a write cal only.

While doing a file compare between my stock file with all of the same settings as the GMS1 file, the linear settings still showed a difference, yet it was zeroed out...

    Check it out:
Probably a difference out PAST only the 2 decimals you have showing

what would cause the up and down readings on the boost pressure in this 4th gear log, i have the dals set at 230 in this area, mal table is maxed. i see the slight bump in the rpms from clutch slip in the low rpms its fine after that. i have the logged the wastegate dc at 95% to redline with the pressure rpm table set at 3.030 from 4000rpm up. proportional max set at 95%. duty cycle and max tables set at 100%

well got the car holding boost up top. Spike about 25psi and holds til exactly 5k rpms and tapers to 240kpa and holds there til about 5700 then bumps back up to 244-246ish kpa to redline. Problem now is im getting popping anywhere past that 5700 mark. STFT jumped from .8 to 3.9 and climed up to 7.0 at one point so i let out at 6500. i guess my car just hasnt seen that type of airload up top. VElb/min was 31.9 at 5700 and climbed to 32.2. maf lb/min was teetering between 40.1 and 41.7 durring the whole pull but sets at 39 from 5k rpms to 5700rpms. When it started popping i saw .93 lambda to .84 swings, this was when boost started climbing back up a little. Wierd thing is it only popped in third gear. fourth gear STs were setting at 0 to .8 max during the whole gear and boost stayed exactly at 241kpa from 5500 up, so it was a little lower. But i did find that if you go up to 200% on your duty cycle max you will only get 15psi. wierd.....

I was out tinkering on a back road trying to figure out this boost puzzle when a new 5.0 6spd stang pulled up and asked if i wanted to run. I had just flashed my car with the new boost settings but figured they wouldnt make a change so i ran him anyways... turns out it did work and the car pulled just as hard up top as it does in the mid range. ran him from a 40-120 and got him by about 2 or so links.... those new stangs are quick! watch out! he told me he had some steeda? intake and some kind of cat back.. but pretty quick cars for basically stock! more info to come later on the tables if anyone is interested.

Looks like the wastegate feedback control needs adjusted. I would try decreasing the proportional gain in that area.

So whens a new guide for tuning coming out lol. I'm getting ready to open up hpt for the first time in quite some time due to having a person tuning my car so I'm going to create a file and start from scratch, again. Right now I'm dual tuned at 24psi and I'd like to go HPT only. Gonna have my tuner tune me soon but I just havnt had time...

Seeing 35.8 lbs/min VE airflow and 36.2 lbs/min MAF in 70* temps with revised wg settings holding 24 psi (smooth no spikes at all) until 6200 RPMs now. No 60-100 runs yet but 70-90 MPH was 2.04 seconds and I am on just 93 octane gas no E-85

Hey term: Are you using a modified DAL table to achieve this? I got my results posted a few posts up with 300 DALs down the right side, I then put a stock DAL table in and used only WG controls to get 22psi for a full pull tapering to 20 at redline. I liked the fact of using a factory DAL table cause it makes the car drive like stock... but wasnt able to get much more boost than 22-23ish

255% DALs in the 100% column (airloads are limited to 255% corrected by the ECM if you check the temp airload max table (320% airloads seen on E-85 are really 250% corrected for 21% MAF skew). I have a shortened wg rod so it holds boost a lot better up top. I saw 24 psi at 6250 yesterday. Car holds 18-19 psi at 7400 LOL.

Here are my cam tables I use. Nothing fancy but they work very well overall. Gas mileage is the same or slightly better than stock at cruise. Car is markedly smoother than stock. Acceleration is similar to stock but smoother. I still have the fastest 60-100 times on the stock high load cam angles which is why those areas are stock.

lol Yea i tweaked on my wg tables a little more and was getting about 24 psi and holding 22 till redline still on the stock DAL table. I was trying to use the stock table but no matter what i do i get a hessitation in boost "WG DC drops and rolls back up to 100%" if i roll into the throttle. Il try out your setup and see what happens. My WG rod is shortened as well.

I was telling Term this today, 255 in the highest load column on mine with 267 kPa limit... I spike 27 drop to 22 and recover to 24. Going to taper the DAL's down around 3k to 4k to see if I can get it to control better. Increasing the Proportional gain in the lower psi cols may help, but it might oscillate more than once then. The Limit of 267 kPa isn't a hard limit, just a control stop. Boost builds so fast it overshoots, overcorrects then controls. I got 21 psi at 6k today though, 1 psi more than I've ever seen there.

I'm in the same boat except my DAL's are 300 down the highest column and I don't see 21 psi @ 6k lol. Still working on that. Mine tapper off to about 19 MAYBE 20 on a good run.
