At one time DFCO did disable on this same ecm im using. I running an 03 auto ecm with an 04 manual tune flashed on to it. I have Enable RPM set to the max 6375 and also have Enable VSS to 255. When I'm logging and I let off the throttle it pegs 20.1 on the wideband. Any info will very much be appreciated.

Mine started doing that too. I switched to the newest beta and it went away. It was weird. It used to at some point but about a month ago it stopped disabling when I was tuning.
