My tuner and I finally got the e-tune started. I have a fully bolted TC and we used an E47 mix. We have it set up on 21/22psi right now, and are going to try to push it come saturday on a dyno but I want to make sure we are on the right track to doing this safely and properly.

Things i noticed from our initial tuning:
1. The car pulls like an absolute freight train on e. This 21/22psi tune has more power I think than the old 24psi tune I had on the car. We stopped at 23 degrees of timing because our butt dyno didn't notice the extra power. We will up it saturday if the dyno says we make more power.
2. I noticed rail pressure is quite a bit higher. At idle the car would be around ~350psi on gas, with e i see spikes of over 1000psi at idle, around 950 most of the time. Not sure if this is normal, thoughts?
3. We really didn't change much in regards to the tuning with new hptuners parameters since all this stuff is relatively new and needs to be explored. Rail pressure is 2800psi courtesy of vince's underlay. Not sure if we need to change that. We didn't even use his e-85 update. We are not sure how this fuel mass mode works on hptuners since it is all new. I just want to make sure we need to be where we should when we go 24psi on saturday, i don't want the system going super lean. Thoughts?
3. Misfires - the car doesn't misfire a lot, but it definetaly misfires more than it did on gas. My stock plugs are still on at 35000 miles, not sure if they need to be changed. The misfires are thoughout the cylinders, not to a specific one. Thoughts?
4. My car is like being at a rodeo. It bucks and hesitates all the time. The car wants to go into boost all the time. My tuner and I played around with the DALS 3000 rpms and under, tried to smooth them out, with not much success. It is so annoying how this car bucks around. Even the safe base tune bucks around! It's the worst at ~2500 rpms and it's not gear depenant. Cruising at 80mph and 3000rpms, no problems though. We thought maybe new cam tables will help. Thoughts?
5. My car also surges like crazy. Everytime i left off the gas i get the wo wo wo wo wo wo all the time. We were stumped as to why this was going on all the time because it was never a problem before.
6. No KR anywhere.
