I went through 5 pages of this thread and never saw an answer to a particular question. I currently have 1 license with you. I also have Autotap and would like to trade it in for another license. Can I do this?

I do believe that the credit for an atap cable is only applied when a new cable is purchased (so new cable, gets you 2 licenses and you can use trade in items) .. however email [email protected] for quickest response... they usually answer emails almost immediately
