Trouble with licenses, trouble with digital signing of drivers.

Just got a new laptop (running Windows 7 premium home edition) and installed the software (2.22) without issue. When I plug in the interface the screen lists the correct interface serial number and application key but says there are no licenses. I follow the three recommended fixes. The third has me plug the interface in the car and attempt to "read entire".

The next error is that there are no available COM ports. I check in device manager and HPTuners MVPI is listed but with the yellow flag (error). I attempt to reinstall the drivers and Windows tells me they are "digitally unsigned" and that windows will not install "digitally unsigned" drivers.

I've tried to find a similar issue described somewhere in the forum and will continue to do so but I thought I'd shoot this off in the hopes there was a simple answer. The laptop is an HP dv7-4283.

    Thanks.
