    confused

    Trying to license my car and hp tuners says I have 2 credits avail that i just bought and when I hit " show license options " it says " get credit information failed :0 . Any suggestions???

    figured out. Had to do a read entire to license the car i was trying to add a license with a saved file on the desktop. didn't work.
