Need some help, no disc package.

I have sent an email and I have tried calling, but I can not get a hold of anyone. I just received my MPVI PRO and there is no disc in the box. The package was sealed up, all the cables etc are there, just no disc. Is there someone who can get me into contact with a person to help me sort this out?

    Thanks,
    Jarrod

I have no emails in queue, send an email to bill at hptuners.com if you need assistance.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I just received one. Thanks.

He just sent me a link with the hardware needed for download and also a link to a new BETA 2.23

Please excuse my ignorance, I am assuming that no disc is included with the software now?

No idea why it wasn't included, I don't work in the buffalo grove office but no disk is necessary to run our software.

I talked to our shipping guy today who said he may have had a brain fart and accidentally put 2 in one and didn't throw 1 in yours, sorry about that.

I was going to start a new thread but came across this when searching for the same topic.

I have a tablet PC that I bought for class room and tuning. It's a simple laptop that does not have a CD/DVD drive. To install other software like MS Office, I've had to rip the installation to an ISO file and boot the installer from the ISO file on the hard drive.

Is there any support for future downloadable installs of VCM suite/editor/scanner? Something that could be downloaded from HPT, unpacked and installed right from the hard disc?
