05 GTO LS2 - DBW lag on decel to accel

    2005 GTO 6-speed m/t
-LT headers, high flow cats, x-pipe, K&N Intake
-Stock tune on the ecu currently.

Here is my issue the best I can explain it.....

Driving at any speed and at any rpm in any gear. Take my foot off the gas pedal to decel. Then press the gas pedal to accel and I am pressing on the pedal maybe 25%-30% and nothing happens for seconds. Then while still holding at 25%-30% it then kicks in as if it went from 0% to 30% instantly and that creates an unwanted jerk in acceleration.

    cliff notes example:
45mph in 3rd gear, let off the gas. then give it gas and nothing happens then it instantly kicks in. There is a lag!

How can this lag be removed?

    thanks in advance!

Look at Engine/Airflow/Electronic Throttle/opening rate. Max the table at 100's in all cells if not already.
