cam related bucking in an ls3

im tuning a 2010 camaro ls3 with american racing headers, a lmr intake, 160 tstat, custom dynomax muffler setup, and a texas speed 231/236 duration cam. Ive been experiencing bucking around 1100-1600 rpm coasting around parking lots and the car im tuning also has bucking/surging at freeway speeds as high as 2300 rpm when lightly rolling back on the throttle after lifting and letting dfco take effect. I started noticing when troubleshooting the throttle pedal for a possible dead spot that the throttle pedal acts funky. When the motor is warmed up and idling, the idle will not raise until the etc pedal pid is at least 6%. Once the motor revs off idle the pedal must be brought down to 4% to return to idle. What is funny is that on hptuners and an independant scanner, i see a change in the maf for the first 5%, a change in spark timing, but the rpms wont change from idle until the pedal sensor pid hits 6%. I also observe a slight change in the tps absolute pid and a change in the pitch of the idle. Ive read about most of the bucking/surging issues with cammed ls3's and wanted to see if anybody else can recreate the problem and if it has anything to do with hesitation/bucking on the ls3 in general. The 1800-2100 rpm buck has been with the car since it rolled off the dealer lot.

dsteck ive looked and tried every suggestion on this forum to fix the bucking issue and refuse to believe it is because it is a cammed car...it did it before the cam and i refuse to believe this car is the only one broken in this way

Demanding things is definitely how to get them.

Also, if you want help, you should post the file.
