Readiness codes not setting on 07Z06?

My brother bought a 2007 Z06 last week and when we went to look at the car I plugged my HPT into the ecu and everything was ready. He went to emissions two days later and the o2 heater and evap came up as NOT Ready and he failed. The car had a basic tune on it with a few things changed in the code section. I set them all back to stock and since then those two codes wont seem to set. I even took the car down the highway at 50 for a half hour with no luck. If there any special trick to getting these to set?

Car is bone stock down to the air filter. On my LS2 Z all my codes are forced READY. If I knew how to do that on this car I would do it just so he could get through.

Do a cold start, let it get up to temp, then go out on the highway and cruise for a few miles. Evap will take a while to pass, but the O2 stuff should go quick. Those monitors get reset after you flash it.
