Thanks for posting your tune. I'm still cherry to all of this stuff and it's amazing for me to finally see the complexity of the newer OS's. (only seen a '97 and an '01 so far) I will not be able to help you as much as the other guys but from the basics I understand it looks like PE mode is disabled in your tune untill 8000RPM. Unless I'm mistaken sometimes you may need the extra fuel it provides, but I'm not that firmiliar with your fuel system. It's tables look very cool. Especially the ability to control injection timing bounaries! Looks to me like your A/C will be disabled. At least when your RPM's are above 0 and untill they drop back down below 0. I know that you may have done this on purpose especially if you've removed the compressor, just pointing it out.

Oh my lord. Your engine still works? You use VE until 7000 rpms, like you basically dont use your maf at all. PE mode doesnt come on right away until 8000 rpms. AND you need to be over 94 or 92 % TPS. You need to set that up to be when boost comes on, and the same with pe mode delay (well that should be even lower). You are commanding WAY WAY too lean for a boosted car in PE mode. I would put your eq ratio to 1.2 or higher. Hell I would go to 1.267 until you have your fuel tuning sorted out. You also still have torque management which right now is the least of your worries. Hell I'm surprised you still have pistons left.

Ve the tables in the speed density section that you have no idea what they mean. When your rpms are below the dynamic airflow rpms it uses those tables which I know you have not tuned cause practically no one knows what the hell to do with those (I dont entirely understand it myself). You want those values to be lower that when you see boost. And you want your TPS values in the PE enable table to be at where you see boost.

we have done a little bit with those, those are the ones that you scale and then put in a percent and copy to the table right.

no maf are the ones you scale and use % copy. The VE tables are actually tables of coefficients for variables in 5 dimensional quadratic equations, basically your VE map can only be comprehended as a map by stephen hawkins. There is a way to tune them but its much easier to just force it to only use maf and then hope your maf never fails.

Short Pulse Limit is 1.00. Set your dynamic settings to 300 and 200 under airflow tab.

From Gregs dvd. it will take some math to make it work with different o.s.'s but it is better then a guess. I have sem 60 injector data for this os and many more. You do have the correct flow rate though.
