I bought three simply because I didn't really know what purpose they served. If you can elaborate on what purpose they serve, I can determine if I need more than one. If I don't need more than one, I'm OK with just getting back the $10. No big deal

btw, I am a new customer and haven't sent anything back. I won't have an opportunity to review the help files until this evening.

The pigtail is what is used to connect to your wideband o2 sensor and any other inputs you'd like to have HP Tuners read, and also has 2 outputs in case you you'd like to have HP Tuners control something else.

anything with a 0-5v output will work. It's is completely configurable.

Thank you I just wanted to be certain I woudln't have problems.

I checked out the software update and I am very happy with the changes made thus far.

I have also helped sell HPtuners to two people I know. Maybe you guys should offer a referral rewards plan

is everyone shipping by snail mail?

some one mentioned fedex didnt do p.o. boxes. so i went with ups...they took the address fine, but the tracking number said their was an exception (shipping to p.o. box...trying to track down new address).

Shipped it USPS Express Mail and it was delivered in two days, coming from a Chicago far west suburb.

I found DHL, FedEx and UPS won't deliver to PO boxes so the only option was to use USPS.

I overnighted mine via USPS, it was $13 and some change.

I shipped mine out usps on Sat 30 October and UPS delivered
my new module today! considering UPS doesn't deliver on weekends.
this was terrific service by HPTuners.

I also recieved a new CD, level 1.5.1, with new id's on both the CD
and the module. so I updated my laptop from 1.5 to match Id's.

Question to Ken/Chris should I reregister with the new ID's or just leave
my registration the same?
