    Scanning vs. reading/programming

    v1.5 only allows you to read/program the VCM. I presume the scanner allow you to scan any VCM?

    our licensing hasn't changed since our first release.

    VCM Flash: read/write only PCMs you have support for
    VCM Editor: Edit only bins you have support for (new 1.5 feature allows veiewing any bin but not editing)
    VCM Scanner: Scan any vehicle we support (for enahnced parameters and VCM Controls), scan almost any GM vehicle for SAE PIDs.
