Email support with an infolog while connected to the vehicle/interface in question as well as the .hpt file from the vehicle
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Will do, once it gets back from the dealer..... The .hpt file is a stock file I had to load into it as a WRITE ENTIRE due to the vehicle having a locked mail order tune in it.... This really made me wish I never sold my Tech 2....Originally Posted by Bill@HPTuners

I should have one of these in on Saturday, I should be able to log it while using my tech2 if needed.
The car is back in the customer's hands... All it needed was the CPP relearn (which I already knew it needed).
