    Lightweight Clutch excessive engine braking

So I have a lightweight racing clutch in my 02 Z, and some aero on the rear of the car.

When coming off the throttle (coasting a little), I get a lot of engine braking/deceleration due to the aero (spoiler). The deceleration is significant (.25 G of deceleration/engine braking).

Is there a way to decrease this engine braking by adjusting the running airflow, cracker, follower, or decay?

I want the "throttle off" to happen nearly instantaneously, I just dont want to be decelerating as much as I am.

    Any thoughts?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Engine braking is Deceleration Fuel Cutoff (DFCO), but will only activate if in gear with a manual (auto will activate upon decel). You can modify the ramp out rate of the spark and fuel to your desired DFCO settings.

The idle parameters you are referring to adjust how much and how long you want the idle to "hang" in order to avoid a stall situation.

I had previously turned off DFCO, should I turn it on and play with the ramp rate?
