    the thing i dont understand though is why in the high load he has he wgdc at 110%. I was under the impression that it was at full compacity at 100%.

    I set the DAL to a airload that it can achieve and then dial in teh boost with the wg table. Sometimes you need to adjust the pressure RPM factor up or down to help spike or holding more boost still. Works really well on full e85 cars where you cant run more then ~20psi until 4500 RPM.

    well im trying to help this ported head i got out in any way i can before i go replace it again....so what your saying is increase the DAL to the max acheivable level unless it hits the 300 limit and then just use the wg to controll boost?

    Im saying set the high load to 300 and if you start to go over that, adjust that accordingly. But I use the Max WG table to control the boost spike along with the pressure rpm factor table.

    mmmmmm money. because right now i have the right column at 255 and ran the wastegate to 83% and it holds 23psi smooth. now 5000 -5500 are like 275 and 290 so i didnt have to run so hard on the wg solenoid but as usuall that minor adjustment didnt really help the hold but i gained some minor maf flow which i basically disregard. this is all nice to know. thanks.

    automatic is awesome as a DD, & at the track.
