not really a log, when I start it disconnects. with the 1 bar pid it reads 91kpa, with the 2 bar is reads either 43, 0 or -88. Sensor is a good working 2 bar. voltage worked perfectly to tune with, just too many calculations, and now I can't do proper driveability.

do you have a log showing engine off, start and maybe a little free reving?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I'm wondering a few things. Why doesn't the MAP correct for the atmosphere that it's in and start at 100Kpa? That would happen if you changed the offset to account for it. Second thing I'm wondering is if you have something causing a conflict, such as a standard MAP referenced in your chart or table and then the 2-bar referenced in other tables. I can see any conflict such as that causing trouble.

You have to set the table display and graph view to both 2 bar map. All of the map sensors being logged In the scanner have to be changed for it to read correctly.

I have successfully used a 2 bar operating system and even the same map sensor before without issues. What I find interesting is that all 3 of the vehicles having issues are 2000 model year operating systems.....

the log I just posted was of my 2000 silverado with 5 0-100% TPS and the map reading incorrectly. I'll try making my own string, odd that the program just stopped working for both my vehicles... it used to work- wonder if it is in the unit... but then why the hell is the volts reading correctly...

Try renaming your vcm scanner.cfg file and your config file. This will create a new vcm scanner.cfg file and put you back to the default config.
