    Re: Wide Band pre-release screenshots

Here are some new screenshots for your enjoyment.

Note: This was done with PE disabled on a stock internal 5.7 LS1 to iron out the VE table. I do not recomend disabling PE. This is only a screen shot, not a tuning aid.

    Re: Wide Band pre-release screenshots

    Keith,

I just realized there's only one table for air/fuel. I see the check box at the bottom however. Will the scanner log both narrow and wideband at the same time? Is the check box just an option for real time viewing and play back, or will you have to chose which to log? I can't imagine logging the narrow band if I have the WB, but if the WB fails, I don't want to be without either.

I'm not sure if my question made any sence... :huh2:

I am pretty sure he is running both WB and narrow band so yes the PCM is logging both at the same time and the radio button toggles back and forth between the two readings. Basically his car is running on 3 sensors

    Re: Wide Band pre-release screenshots

Well, I ordered my LM-1 this week also. I just hope they don'y stick us in the ass on an "upgrade" fee for the new cable. BTW, is the new cable going to be a standard cable from now on with new purchases, or is it going to be an optional upgrade for a "BIT" more $$$?

Any new information on this? I am thinking about buying hptuners but would like to wait for the wideband release. Will the new cable cost more to the first time buyer?

What wideband tools would we need to get it all set up to log with hp tuners?

So can us cheapskates who can't afford wideband yet do the narrowband for free?

Yes, 1.5 will have this Histogram in the scanner (some of us lucky few who had other problems actually got it when we recieved updated 1.4 versions). If you do not have the WBO2, you can still see the stock O2 readings.

HP Tuners just blows the competition away. Good job. Will this be in the 1.5 version. I didnt see it if it was already said.

Yes, this is the main part of the 1.5 upgrade we've all been waiting for. There will also be many more useful additions to the Suite with this release which is supposed to happen here in the first couple weeks of October if everything is on schedule.
