hpt file/cant open

so i just got a tune file emailed to me from zzp and every time I try to open the file this error message comes up. does anyone have a clue what it means or how to open the file. thanks.

Do you have the latest beta? They are more than likely using the most up to date one. If not email support with your serial number and request it.

If that doesnt work just send the file to HPT support, I think they have fixed an error like that before recently that I saw... (I think)

They are likely using the new beta and you are using the stable, or just generally different versions of HPT that will cause this.
