    Hanging throttle

I have a 2005 Mustang GT with a Ford Racing intake + hot-rod cams + BBK 62mm throttle and ported heads.

The problem is that when accelerating and releasing the throttle the rpm hangs a long time and when slowly slowly goes down. I have tried to adjust the idle airflow but it makes very little difference.

It runs very good and I have no idle problems, the only issue is the hanging throttle. Any ideas ??

    Thanks.

sounds like you need more dashpot decay.
