Tcm error

I have previously tuned my 06 tbss w hp tuner pro and now have installed efans w pcmforless harness and patch for hp tuners. Now when I try and write calibration it say tcm not found - flash file requires a tcm. Please load a file that is compatible with this vehicle or rectify tcm communication issue. I've tried the unhooking the battery and disconnecting the tcm fuse both. Neither of which have worked. Any suggestions?

Disconnecting the battery should work in restoring comms to the tcm, if its not theres likely a wiring issue of some sort. A write entire would not help in this case.
